SoulCollage(R) is an amazing personalized process  using visual images to explore your inner self. It was created by Seena Frost and she has written several books about SoulCollage(R). It's the kaleidoscope of you! The process can be used individually or in groups. You start by choosing images or photographs that call to you and paste them on a small mat board. Once this is done, you answer a series of questions based on the images. It's not therapy but it can be an enlightening process! Another way to describe it is a "jigsaw puzzle of the soul".
